Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support for company sales consultants & installers
• Providing exceptional, professional, and courteous customer service.
• Resolving customer queries to enhance the customer experience.
• Accurate record keeping and completion of required documentation.
• Data entry
• Handling Incoming/ outgoing phones calls
• Customer service within the branch
• Receipting product into the warehouse & tracking freight
