Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Logistics & Dispatch Coordinator with prior experience in the Solar Industry to manage daily logistics, dispatch, transportation, and coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery of solar products/materials.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for material availability, packing, and dispatch.
• Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely deliveries.
• Track shipments and provide delivery updates.
• Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch-related documents.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatches, deliveries, and transportation.
• Coordinate with sales, accounts, purchase, and warehouse teams.
• Handle customer queries related to dispatch and delivery.
• Resolve delivery and logistics-related issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of solar products and materials.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Prior work experience in the Solar Industry.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, warehouse, or transportation coordination.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Knowledge of solar products/materials and their dispatch requirements.
• Experience coordinating with transporters and warehouse teams.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of invoices, delivery challans, and other dispatch documentation.
• Candidates with experience in solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, electrical products, or solar accessories will be preferred.
• Candidates from Noida/Greater Noida are preferred.
