Logistics & Dispatch Coordinator

Order Processing & Coordination

• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Stores, and Service teams upon receipt of customer orders.
• Review order details and ensure all necessary information is available for processing.
• Prepare dispatch schedules based on equipment availability and customer delivery timelines.
• Maintain order status reports and update stakeholders regularly.

Logistics & Dispatch Management

• Plan and coordinate dispatches through transporters, courier partners, and logistics vendors.
• Ensure timely shipment of equipment to customer locations across India.
• Track shipments and proactively resolve transit-related issues.
• Coordinate with warehouse/stores team for packing, labeling, and dispatch readiness.
• Monitor delivery timelines and obtain proof of delivery from customers.

Documentation Management

• Prepare and verify all dispatch-related documents including:
• Tax Invoice
• Delivery Challan
• E-Way Bill
• Packing List
• LR/GR Copies
• Transporter Documents
• Installation Request Forms
• Warranty Documents
• Customer Acknowledgement Documents
• Maintain organized records of all dispatch and logistics documentation.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and internal documentation requirements.

Customer Coordination

• Act as a single point of contact regarding dispatch and delivery status.
• Coordinate with customers for delivery scheduling and shipment updates.
• Resolve customer concerns related to shipment delays, transit damages, or delivery discrepancies.

Installation & Closure Coordination

• Coordinate with service engineers for installation scheduling after equipment delivery.
• Ensure equipment reaches the customer's site safely and successfully.
• Follow up on installation reports and delivery acknowledgements.
• Ensure smooth order closure after successful delivery and installation.

Inventory & Vendor Coordination

• Liaise with warehouse personnel for inventory availability.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, logistics partners, and transport agencies.
• Negotiate and monitor logistics costs where applicable.
• Maintain transporter performance records and service levels.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
