Logistics & Dispatch Executive

Responsible for arranging transport for incoming and outgoing vehicles, planning and executing dispatch of finished goods, and coordinating between the production team, transporters, and customers. (Invoicing is handled separately by the Accounts team.)

Key Responsibilities

Contact and book transport/vehicles for inbound and outbound shipments

Track and provide real-time location updates for incoming vehicles

Share transport and delivery details (vehicle number, driver contact, ETA) with customers

Plan daily/weekly dispatch schedule based on order readiness and vehicle availability

Maintain a record of all materials dispatched (product, quantity, order reference, vehicle details)

Coordinate with the production team to confirm goods are ready for dispatch

Coordinate with transporters on freight rates and vehicle availability

Ensure timely loading and dispatch to avoid delays

Share packing list/e-way bill details with Accounts for invoicing, and resolve transit issues (delays, breakdowns)

Report dispatch and delivery status to the Sales Coordinator/Head

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
