We are hiring for a textile buying house based in Delhi, looking for a detail-oriented Documentation and Logistics Executive to manage the export shipment documentation and coordination.

📍 Location: Delhi

Experience: Minimum 3 years (textile/garment export or buying house preferred)

CTC: ₹5–6 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage export documents: invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, BL/AWB, certificates of origin Coordinate with buyers, vendors, freight forwarders, CHAs, and shipping lines

Track shipments and ensure timely dispatch and delivery Handle LC documentation and bank-related paperwork

Ensure compliance with export-import regulations and customs requirements

Maintain accurate records and share regular shipment updates

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience in export documentation and logistics .

Sound knowledge of shipping procedures, Incoterms, and customs processes.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

Strong coordination, follow-up, and time management skills .

Good written and spoken English
