Logistics & IT Staff

The position is primarily responsible in.

§  Receiving vendor’s delivery

§  Updating Delivery Monitoring

§  Maintaining and organizing KPH Asset Inventory

§  Maintaining ICT Delivery Process.

§  Support ICT PIC in conducting QA/QC of IT facilities.

§  Perform delivery of IT Equipment to customer.

Job Responsibilities

1. Receive deliveries and documents from Vendor.

2. Maintain records of IN and OUT for deliveries.

3. Support procurement in securing completion documents necessary for invoices and billing.

4. Support for delivery of equipment.

5. Support in performing QA/QC of IT Equipment.

6. Ensure sanity of the storage room.

7. Keep track of the KPH Internal Assets and Consumables.

Additional Qualifications

• Organize and keen on details.
• Perform tasks in an analytical manner, that can classify the priority and urgency of subject matter.
• Good communication skills.
• Manage Logistics Operations including inventory, transportation, and storage room management.
• Exercise fairness with dealing with deliveries and abide by company’s rules and regulations.

·       Graduate/bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related courses.

• Must be familiar with supply-chain process and other logistics matters.
• Must be familiar with IT Equipment and stuffs.

At least two (2) years of experience as IT Logistics Staff or related tasks.
