Logistics & operation executive

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery operations for chemical and petrochemical products.
• Arrange transportation through approved transporters and logistics partners.
• Monitor shipment movements and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Prepare and verify logistics documentation including Tax Invoices, E-Way Bills, Delivery Challans, LR Copies, Transporter Receipts, and Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, transporters, and customers for smooth execution of orders.
• Track tanker, container, and parcel movements and provide regular status updates.
• Ensure compliance with transportation, safety, and regulatory requirements applicable to chemical products.
• Maintain dispatch records, freight records, and transporter databases.
• Resolve delivery delays, shortages, damages, and customer logistics concerns.
• Monitor freight costs and support logistics cost optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Accounts, and Warehouse teams for seamless order fulfilment.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• MBA (Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, or equivalent) candidates are welcome to apply.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, supply chain, or operations. Fresh MBA graduates with relevant internship or project experience may also be considered.
• Knowledge of GST documentation, E-Way Bills, and transportation processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with tanker movements, bulk shipments, and industrial logistics.
• Good understanding of transporter management and freight negotiation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet operational deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
