Logistics and Operations Coordinator

About the role

This role involves managing order accuracy, processing, and courier coordination in a fast-paced fulfilment environment. You will check collected items against orders, create and update orders in the system, prepare orders for courier collection, and maintain accurate records throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Check collected items against relevant orders to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Create, process, and update orders in the system promptly and accurately
• Ensure all order information, statuses, and delivery details are correctly maintained
• Prepare and organise orders for courier collection and handover
• Coordinate closely with couriers to ensure the correct orders are handed over to the appropriate courier
• Monitor outstanding orders and proactively follow up on delays, discrepancies, or incomplete fulfilment
• Communicate effectively with external partners, couriers, and the internal operations team
• Maintain accurate records of collections, order statuses, and courier handovers
• Identify and promptly escalate missing items, incorrect orders, delays, or other operational issues
• Follow company procedures relating to confidentiality, data protection, operational security, and handling of orders

• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working to fixed schedules and deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple orders and tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a wider team
• Basic computer literacy and confidence using order management or operational systems
• Previous experience in logistics, fulfilment, courier operations, administration, or a similar environment is advantageous
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues

Working Days / Hours: 
5-day work week 
Shift 1 - 7.30am to 5.00pm (Thurs to Mon)
Shift 2 - 12.30pm to 10.00pm (Sat to Wed)
