Logistics and Planning (Export function)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics and Planning professional to join our team at H & R Chempharm (Thailand) Ltd.'. This full-time role will be based in Sriracha, Chonburi and will be responsible for managing the export logistics function within our organisation.

Job Responsibilities :

Planning Role

1. Co-ordinate with customer service for order received and confirmation to ensure that customer requirements of delivery are met.

2. Prepare logistics plans and related documents to support all relevant operations and customer service teams - within the schedule or requirements.

3. Coordinate with relevant parties to prepared job instruction for product receiving and transferring process

4. Be responsible for management of ERP system included inventory and sales management system.

5. Monitor inventory accuracy and discrepancy for the branch plant which is on responsibility.

6. Monitor stock record integrity to ensure physical stock and ERP system are up to date and in line.

7. Schedule and update export loading plan and update information to relevant parties

8. Prepare and distribute relevant loading documents to all applicable operations and customer service teams - in accordance with the required schedule and requirements.

Logistics Role

1. Arrange export shipment with timely manner.

2. Coordinate with freight forwarder to find appropriate schedule that meet customer requested

3. Prepare shipping documents for customs formality.

4. Prepare loading documents for internal work processing.

5. Negotiate and control cost of transportation/freight to get optimum price under good services.

6. Support & coordinate with third party carrier for transportation arrangements to customers.

7. Prepare and collect documents that required for product deliveries to customer.

8. Monitor to ensure the supply of both products and services to customers is on time with satisfactory quality (product/service/document).

9. Be responsible for supplier selection and monitor price and service relationship for performance evaluation.

10. Be responsible for handling complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.

11. Coordinate with logistics teams and finance teams to provide documents to support Excise department.

12. Be responsible for admin job as assigned.

13. Be responsible for quality system and environmental system of company.

14. Other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a logistics or export planning role, preferably within the manufacturing or chemical industries
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs regulations and international trade processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
• Fluency in both Thai and English languages
