Logistics & QA Assistant/Junior Executive

About the role

This is an individual-contributor role with two clear focus areas: daily logistics and order fulfilment (primary day-to-day responsibility) and ISO 22000 / HACCP / Halal documentation and audit preparation (key project responsibility).

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order processing, delivery scheduling and fulfilment tracking
• Monitor inventory levels, incoming goods and replenishment follow-up
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, packing lists and import/export documentation
• Liaise daily with warehouse, drivers, suppliers and the internal sales team
• Support stock-take, stock-movement records and month-end inventory closing
• Support implementation and upkeep of the ISO 22000, HACCP and Halal management system
• Prepare and organise SOPs, food-safety records, traceability documents and audit checklists
• Compile evidence documents for internal and external certification audits
• Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure records are closed-loop
• Maintain systematic filing of factory compliance and food-safety documentation

About you

• 1–3 years of formal working experience
• Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Food Technology or a related field
• Prior experience in FMCG / food manufacturing, factory logistics or QA documentation is strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of ISO 22000 / HACCP / Halal frameworks is a strong advantage, but not mandatory
• Meticulous, process-oriented and able to manage daily operations and project work concurrently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; prior ERP exposure is a plus
• Good communication skills to coordinate across internal teams, suppliers and external auditors
• Must be available for rotational Saturday duty
• Stable, committed and looking to build a long-term career in Singapore's food-manufacturing industry
