Logistics & Sales Support Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Logistics & Sales Support Assistant to join the team at Wetra Trading (M) Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Ipoh, Perak. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to both our logistics and sales departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of our business. You will be instrumental in coordinating between departments, managing documentation, and supporting our sales and logistics teams to deliver excellent service to our clients.

Key responsibilities

1. Handle daily loading and unloading of goods for drivers and salespersons.
2. Prepare and check stock according to stock request forms and invoices, ensuring the correct items and quantities.
3. Contact customers to follow up on stock replenishment and new orders based on the assigned schedule.
4. Assist with receiving and unloading stock deliveries from HQ (once or twice a month).
5. Support the sales team during company campaigns and promotional activities when needed.
6. Be willing to learn and operate a forklift with proper training.
7. Assist with other daily operations and tasks assigned by the superior.
