Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Logistics & Supply Chain Executive to support our daily logistics, shipping, and inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate local and international shipments by air, sea, and road.
• Manage import/export documentation and customs clearance.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and warehouse teams.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock movements through ERP systems.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery delays or logistics issues.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and prepare logistics reports.
• Support day-to-day supply chain operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of logistics and supply chain experience in the UAE.
• Hands-on experience with international shipping and customs clearance.
• Experience using ERP systems for inventory and logistics management.
• Knowledge of UAE import/export procedures and shipping documentation.
• Experience in cosmetics, beauty, personal care, or FMCG distribution is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
