Logistics and Supply Chain Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: 9 AM - 6 PM EST, with a required 4-hour overlap from 9 AM - 1 PM EST and flexibility in scheduling the remaining hours before 9 AM or after 1 PM EST

Salary Range: ₱150,000 - ₱225,000 monthly (still NEGOTIABLE depending on skills & experience)

Decolure, owned by Ecotero LLC, which also operates brands such as Sleephoria, is a U.S.-based e-commerce company generating $18M+ annually through Amazon, with a growing presence on TikTok Shop and Shopify DTC. The business operates five private-label brands with 20+ active products, 100+ live product variations, and 700+ cost SKUs, and continues to expand its product portfolio and sales channels.

Our client is seeking a hands-on logistics leader to take ownership of its supply chain operations and drive greater efficiency, cost control, and resilience.

The role will focus on reducing storage and freight costs, strengthening supplier relationships, improving cross-functional forecasting, formalising 3PL strategy, and consolidating management of China-based suppliers. The role will also play a key part in adapting the supply chain to the evolving tariff and trade environment.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Demand Planning

• Establish inventory targets, safety stock, and forecasting across SKU tiers.
• Keep hero SKUs within target supply levels and optimize sell-through.
• Build cross-functional forecasts incorporating PPC, promotions, seasonality, and channel demand.

Supply Chain & Supplier Management

• Build and own the supply chain function from the ground up.
• Manage China-based suppliers and the full PO lifecycle from production through receiving.
• Implement supplier scorecards, freight optimisation, and end-to-end COGS tracking.

3PL & FBA Operations

• Establish 3PL service levels, optimise inbound shipments, and reduce placement costs.
• Build reimbursement recovery processes and use 3PL capacity as a buffer for demand spikes and disruptions.

Cost & Storage Optimisation

• Identify and execute opportunities to reduce storage, freight, duty, and overall supply chain costs.
• Establish clear processes and controls for ongoing cost and storage management.

Team & Process Development

• Lead and develop the Logistics Analyst while building out the function.
• Create SOPs, operating cadences, and scalable processes that allow the department to run independently.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of logistics or supply chain experience, including 3+ years owning outcomes in a leadership or senior IC role.

• Hands-on Amazon FBA experience, including storage, surcharges, inbound planning, placement, and structures.

• Strong landed-cost and financial analysis skills, with the ability to model FOB, freight, and duty.

• Direct experience managing China-based suppliers and China–U.S. ocean freight, including FCL and LCL.

• Experience managing a 3PL relationship end to end.

• Proven ability to build processes and logistics functions from the ground up in resource-constrained environments.

• Experience managing or developing a small logistics team.

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for building models, dashboards, and trackers.

• Strong financial and commercial judgment, with the ability to translate logistics decisions into dollar impact.

• Strong written and spoken English, with 4+ hours of daily U.S. Eastern Time overlap and availability for China supplier calls at least twice weekly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. customs and duties, including Incoterms, HTS classification, Section 301 stacking, and ISF.
• Experience with duty refund recovery, classification reviews, or related customs processes.
• Familiarity with Amazon AWD and changes introduced in January 2026.
• Experience managing FBA reimbursement processes.
• Experience scaling logistics across 100+ product variations within complex color and size matrices.
• Strong understanding of how PPC spend, promotions, and demand fluctuations impact inventory planning.
