Job Title: Logistics & Supply Chain Manager

Industry: Carbonated Beverage Manufacturing (FMCG)

Salary: 8000 - 10000 AED

Location: Ajman, UAE

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations for a carbonated beverage manufacturing business, ensuring efficient procurement, production planning, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution while maintaining cost efficiency and regulatory compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Procurement: Source and purchase raw materials, beverage ingredients, bottles, cans, labels, and packaging materials.

* Production Planning: Coordinate material availability and production schedules to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing.

* Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage warehouses, and ensure accurate inventory records and product traceability.

* Logistics & Distribution: Manage transportation, shipping, customs clearance, and timely delivery of finished products across the UAE.

* Supplier Management: Negotiate prices, manage supplier relationships, and monitor supplier performance.

* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable UAE customs, food safety, and import/export requirements.

* Cost Control: Optimize procurement, transportation, warehousing, and inventory costs.

* Reporting: Monitor supply chain performance and coordinate with production, sales, finance, and quality assurance teams.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 3–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably in FMCG or beverage manufacturing.

* Knowledge of procurement, inventory management, production planning, and UAE logistics procedures.

* Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

* Strong negotiation, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

* On-time delivery and production material availability.

* Inventory accuracy and stock control.

* Procurement and logistics cost efficiency.

* Supplier performance and delivery reliability.

* Reduction of wastage and stock losses.

* Compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
