Logistics & Warehouse Assistant Manager

About the role

This role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring all supply chain activities across Thailand operations, with responsibility for inbound and outbound logistics, warehouse performance, and production material flow.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor all supply chain activities across Thailand operations
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely, cost-efficient movement of goods
• Support warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and process improvements
• Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, transporters, and internal teams to resolve operational issues
• Monitor production schedules and align supply timelines to avoid shortages or delays
• Support production in managing WIP movement, material issuance, and return processes
• Monitor production materials flow and ensure timely replenishment
• Track KPIs and prepare operational reports for HQ
• Drive compliance with company SOPs, safety requirements, and regulatory standards
• Participate in improvement projects, cost-saving initiatives, and process optimization

About you

• Minimum 7 - 10 years of relevant experience in supply chain or logistics or production environment
• Good communication skills to coordinate between HQ and Thailand teams
• Strong understanding of warehouse, logistics, and production operations
• Hands-on, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Able to travel between sites when required
• Proficient in Excel and report preparation
• Good communication and writing skills in English, Chinese, and Thai
