Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator – Junior / Mid-Level

Job Summary

IF HUB is looking for a Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator to support and coordinate our logistics, warehouse, inventory, and delivery operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with Procurement, Sales, Projects, Finance, suppliers, customers, and logistics partners to ensure goods are received, stored, and delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and local deliveries.
• Track shipments and follow up with suppliers, freight forwarders, couriers, and transport companies.
• Coordinate receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Investigate stock discrepancies, damaged goods, shortages, and delivery issues.
• Prepare and maintain delivery and shipping documentation, including DOs, packing lists, invoices, AWBs, and BOLs.
• Coordinate customer deliveries, order fulfillment, returns, and exchanges.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and back orders.
• Assist with quality inspections of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Update ERP/WMS systems and maintain accurate logistics and warehouse records.
• Prepare basic inventory, shipment, and delivery reports.
• Support process improvements to improve efficiency and inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain operations.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• UAE logistics/warehouse experience is preferred.
• Experience in interior design, construction, fit-out, retail, or trading is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems is preferred.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

What We Are Looking For

• Junior candidates: Able to support daily operations, learn quickly, and work effectively under supervision.
• Mid-Level candidates: Able to independently coordinate logistics, warehouse, inventory, and supplier activities and resolve routine operational issues.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong organization, follow-up, and attention to detail.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator: 1 year (Preferred)
• Inventory management: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:
