Logistics & Warehouse Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Submit customs reports for importation upon receiving MIDA approval & SST application.
• Coordinate bookings for import/export via courier and freight forwarder and follow up on shipment status.
• Ensure timely shipment of products that match customer orders.
• Receive, verify, and store incoming materials safely in designated warehouse locations.
• Support picking, packing, and delivery for outgoing shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in warehouse management systems (SAP, Oracle, WMS).
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure stock accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Collaborate with logistics and functional teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Handle special projects and support operational improvements as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies

• Familiarity with Incoterm and customs regulations (PCA, overseas, FIZ & LMW).
• Experience in warehouse/material handling and inventory systems.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Computer literacy and ability to learn new applications.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Education & Experience

• Diploma in a related field (preferred for logistics functions).
• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement for warehouse functions).
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, or material handling.
• Additional training in supply chain or logistics is a plus.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
• Exposure to warehouse equipment and noise.
• Regular data entry and repetitive manual tasks.
