LOGISTICS, WAREHOUSING AND INVENTORY MANAGEMENT MANAGER

Location: Head Office – Cebu City
Coverage: Approximately 200 branches, 20 warehouses, and 30 distribution trucks across the Visayas

Vismotor Corporation is looking for a hands-on, analytical, and results-driven Logistics, Warehousing and Inventory Management Manager to lead our warehouse network, fleet operations, inventory controls, and branch distribution activities.

This role is responsible for ensuring that products are stored securely, recorded accurately, and delivered to the right location, on time, in good condition, and at an efficient cost.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead logistics and distribution planning across warehouses and branches.
• Manage warehouse operations, capacity, safety, security, and productivity.
• Coordinate approximately 30 company-owned and third-party distribution trucks, including routing, utilization, maintenance, fuel efficiency, and delivery performance.
• Ensure accurate inventory records through cycle counts, physical inventories, and timely discrepancy resolution.
• Strengthen controls over motorcycles, spare parts, accessories, documents, keys, and other company inventory.
• Improve on-time delivery, route efficiency, truck-load utilization, and proof-of-delivery completion.
• Monitor inventory aging, damages, losses, transfers, and in-transit stocks.
• Manage third-party logistics, trucking, shipping, and warehouse service providers.
• Control logistics, fleet, warehouse, fuel, freight, and handling costs.
• Lead logistics, warehouse, inventory, fleet, driver, and dispatch teams.
• Implement systems, dashboards, standard procedures, and business-continuity plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least five years of progressive experience in logistics, warehousing, fleet management, distribution, or inventory management.
• At least three years of managerial experience overseeing multiple warehouses, distribution locations, or a significant vehicle fleet.
• Strong experience in inventory accuracy, cycle counting, physical inventory, route planning, fleet utilization, and discrepancy investigation.
• Experience managing company-owned and third-party transportation resources.
• Experience in motorcycle, automotive, retail, consumer goods, manufacturing, distribution, or similar multi-branch operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP, warehouse-management, fleet-tracking, barcode, GPS, or transport-management systems is an advantage.
• Willing to travel regularly across the Visayas.
