该职位来源于猎聘 1. 统筹公司进出口全流程，含单证制作、报关报检对接、订舱与货物跟踪，把控通关时效、成本与合规风险。 Own end-to-end import & export operations, documentation, customs clearance and shipment tracking. 2. 开发、准入并管理货代与清关代理，完成比价选型、费用核对、发票与付款申请。 Develop, onboard and manage forwarders and customs brokers; cost comparison, reconciliation and payment application. 3. 维护亚洲区域备件库存台账，跟进需求预测与发运计划，负责到货核验、入库登记与账实一致。 Maintain the Asia spare-parts inventory ledger; demand forecast, shipment follow-up, inbound verification and system posting. 4. 处理查验、改单、滞港、扣货等通关异常；跟踪亚洲各国海关政策、归类与关税变化，更新内部流程。 Resolve customs exceptions; monitor customs policy, HS classification and tariff updates across Asia and refresh internal SOPs. 5. 更新物流与库存报表，归档进出口及仓储单据；定期输出库存健康与物流成本、时效分析报告，支持管理层决策，并参与流程标准化建设。 Maintain logistics & inventory reports, archive documentation, deliver inventory health / cost & lead-time analysis, and drive process standardization.

Requirement 1.大专及以上学历，供应链、物流、国际贸易相关专业优先

College degree or above; majors in Supply Chain, Logistics or International Trade preferred 2. 3 年以上供应链、物流、仓储、进出口相关工作经验 3+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehousing or import-export operations 3. 熟悉跨境物流、进出口与国际货运流程，熟练制作物流及报关资料 Familiar with cross-border logistics, import-export and international freight; proficient in logistics and customs documents 4. 熟悉仓储收发存、库存台账管理及单据归档；熟练使用 Office，具备数据分析与报告撰写能力 Versed in warehouse receiving-storage-issuing, inventory ledger and filing; proficient in Office with strong data analysis and report writing skills 5. 擅长跨部门、跨区域协同，能独立处理海外仓储业务问题，多任务统筹能力强 Adept at cross-departmental and cross-regional collaboration; able to independently resolve overseas warehouse issues with strong multi-task management 6. 较强的风险防范与成本控制意识，能快速响应并妥善处置突发事件 Strong risk awareness and cost control mindset; prompt response and proper handling of emergencies 7. CET-6，能流利使用英文日常交流 CET-6; fluent in English for daily work communication 8. 细心严谨、抗压性强，对库存数据敏感，责任心强、学习能力快 Meticulous, resilient under pressure, sensitive to inventory data, responsible and fast-learning
