Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory & System Management: Transfer all products (finished goods and spare parts) into SAP
• 3PL & Workflow Coordination: Coordinate daily operations and workflow processes with third-party logistics providers to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Returns & Logistics Support: Manage customer returns in coordination with warehouse and transportation teams, including route planning.
• Process Improvement & Team Leadership: Identify and implement operational enhancements, coordinate daily team tasks, provide technical guidance, and support departmental strategies as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory control (SAP)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage routine assignments, and analyze monthly cost data.
