Logistics Arbitration Executive (Operations)

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, consolidate and analyse daily parcel damage data, identifying unusual trends and high-risk points.
• Follow up on damage investigations and ensure outlets, sorting centres and transportation teams conduct searches and inspections in accordance with SOPs.
• Flag, escalate or intervene in cases involving improper parcel packaging.
• Support the improvement of damage-related policies, workflows and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with Network, Sorting Centre, Customer Service and Arbitration teams to ensure timely case resolution.
• Handle parcel damage arbitration cases, including investigations, evidence verification and root cause analysis, and determine liability based on investigation findings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Experience in logistics, courier services, quality control, arbitration or operations.
• Strong sense of responsibility with good risk awareness and data sensitivity.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
