Logistics Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination and scheduling of deliveries, pickups, and shipments.
• Prepare and process logistics documents, delivery receipts, invoices, purchase orders, and other related paperwork.
• Monitor shipment and delivery status and provide timely updates to customers and relevant departments.
• Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, couriers, and third-party logistics providers.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, inventory movements, and logistics transactions.
• Assist in tracking incoming and outgoing goods.
• Ensure that deliveries are properly documented and completed on schedule.
• Report delays, damaged goods, missing items, or other delivery issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation when needed.
• Encode and update logistics data using spreadsheets or company systems.
• Help ensure that warehouse and logistics procedures are followed properly.
• Organize and maintain logistics-related files and records.
• Perform other duties and administrative tasks related to logistics and operations as assigned.
