Logistics Assistant

About the role

Reports to the Logistics department executive.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing orders
• Check items and sign delivery papers
• Count stock items
• Update data in computer systems
• Report missing or broken goods
• Call, email and communicate with customers
• Liaise with customers
• Call or email shipping companies and suppliers
• Help book transport routes
• Make packing lists, file invoices, and write status reports

Required Skills:

1. With past working experience in same of similar field of work.

2. Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, Simple English or Mandarin. We are also seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

3. Common Mathematics calculations knowledge.

4.  Willing to work overtime when required.

Salary:

Starting Salary RM2300 – RM2800

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday     - 8:30AM to 5:30PM

Saturday                    - 8:30AM to 01:00PM (Alternate Saturday Off)

Sunday                       - Off Day
