What they need
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Logistics Officer with day-to-day Logistics Operations.
- Monitoring of GPS and Dash Cam.
- Coordinate with warehouse (internal and external) to ensure prompt and proper movement of deliveries.
- Respond to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels.
- Review delivery documents to ensure accuracy.
- Track and fix delivery errors.
- Prepare accurate reports.
- Ensure that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards.
- Carry out other duties assign by the company.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in logistics or fleet management, preferably in food manufacturing or commissary operations.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, insurance processes, and route planning.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards related to transport operations.
