Logistics Assistant

Job Responsibilities :

• Monitor and update Proof of Delivery (POD) status for completed deliveries
• Collect, verify, scan, and maintain POD documents from drivers and transporters
• Ensure PODs are complete, accurate, and submitted within the required timeline
• Follow up with drivers, transporters, and customers regarding missing or incomplete PODs
• Update delivery and POD information accurately in the logistics system
• Assist in resolving delivery discrepancies, including missing, damaged, or incorrect shipments
• Coordinate with the Operations, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Finance teams on POD-related matters
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly POD status reports
• Perform any ad-hoc task assigned by superior

Job Requirements :

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse administration, or a similar role is preferred
• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with logistics or warehouse management systems is an advantage
