Logistics Assistant

Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

· Accomplish PEZA and BOC forms for local deliveries.

· Hand carries accomplished form and permit to PEZA/BOC.

· Monitor import/export, and local deliveries permit validity.

· Coordination with Brokers/Forwarders and carriers to monitor the condition of the shipment and to ensure arrival at the destination place.

· Prepare documents for renewal of permits such as GTSB, Letter of Authority, and BOC-COR for Import/Export and local deliveries.

· Prepare in advance documentation and processing for Exportation, and Local deliveries to expedite and facilitate the process.

· Create a monthly report and billing consolidation for Import, Export, and Local delivery.

· Recording and filling of Import/ Export and local delivery documents.

· Provide proper labels based on document fillings in racks and binders.

· Maintain soft copy of all import & export in the shared folder.

· With background in purchasing/procurement.

Qualifications and Training:

· Graduate of BS in Customs Administration

· With least one year of work experience in a related field in a global manufacturing company

· Knowledge of MS Office

· Knowledge of SAP, and ERP is an advantage
