Logistics Assistant

The Logistics Assistant supports the end-to-end coordination of goods, materials, and equipment to ensure timely, cost-effective, and accurate delivery. This role plays a vital part in daily logistics operations by maintaining documentation, monitoring shipments, and coordinating with internal and external partners

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track the movement of goods, materials, and equipment to ensure timely delivery. Prepare and review.
• Manage all shipping and customs documents to meet regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to schedule, monitor, and update shipment status.

Qualifications:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or a related field
• Bachelor' Degree in related field is required
• Willing to work in Santolan Town Plaza located in San Juan City
