Established in 2013 as the European subsidiary of JINDAN China, JINDAN Europe serves customers across the entire European region in the food, beverage, animal feed, and chemical industries. Our local team and three strategically located warehouses in the Netherlands ensure flexible logistics, fast response to market changes, and consistent product availability throughout Europe.

Our product range includes a full selection of lactic acid and lactates (liquid and powder forms), buffered lactic acid, calcium, sodium, potassium, magnesium, and ferrous lactates, as well as ethyl, methyl, and butyl lactates, plus customized blends and premixtures, enabling us to support a wide variety of applications.

Position:

Logisti Assistant:

1. Place purchase order to supplier for direct shipment to the customer.

2. Coordinate the information stream between supplier and customer regarding delivery date, approval of product label and documents.

3. Process purchase and sales order upon delivery. Send documents to the customer.

4. Monitor the delivery schedule from suppliers. Inform sales / customer timely in case of any differentiation.

5. Planning of transportation activity based on stock delivery requirement. Keep daily contact with warehouse about actions to be taken and required information.

6. Processing of customer call offs, assigning batches and plan transport. Agree shipment dates and send necessary instructions to shipping companies

7. Control and check stock overview from the warehouse.

Level of Education:

Intermediate vocational education or equivalent (MBO+)

Skill & Experience:

Years' experience preferably in an international work environment in the food industry

Good communication skill

Good understanding of culture difference

Experience of working with ERP system, Account View preferred

Good knowledge of English

Dutch speaking preferred

Salaris: €2.800,00 - €3.500,00 per maand
