What they need
- Prepare full set of shipping documents, such as packing list, BL draft, cert of origin, health cert, COA etc.
- Ensure the entire shipping documents courier to customer before shipment arrive destination.
- Performed custom declaration for Import and Export shipments.
- Declaration of Free Zone Trade.
- Report Free Stock Zone to PTP on monthly basic.
- Endorse all the shipping documents at government party, for example, MCCI, MITI etc.
- Collection on time for the Health Cert, BL and cert of origin.
- Liaise with internal department to ensure related documents get in on time. And ensure Account department can receive the export documents on time for bank issue.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
