Logistics Assistant

Logistics Assistant is the backbone of Distribution operations. The primary focus will be the physical handling of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring every items are accounted for and moved safely.

What you’ll do:

• Manually unload delivery trucks.
• Efficiently load delivery vehicles, ensuring heavy product at the bottom and lightweight boxes are placed on top to prevent crushing.
• Scan or manually check manifest lists against physical items during the loading process to report any discrepancies or damages immediately.
• Inspect the condition of packaging (shoe boxes and poly-bags) during movement; ensure high-end items are handled with extra care to maintain "shelf-ready" quality.
• Stack and organize the loading area to maintain a clear "flow" for high-traffic shipping windows.

Job Qualifications:

• Ability to lift items repeatedly and stand/move for the duration of a shift.
• Ability to distinguish between very similar SKU numbers, sizes, and colorways during fast-paced loading.
• Familiarity with manual handling techniques to prevent injury and product damage.
• Willingness to coordinate with drivers and warehouse leads to meet tight shipping deadlines.
