Logistics Assistant

We are looking for a Logistics & Operations Officer to manage domestic logistics along with import and export operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic transportation and shipments across India.
• Handle import and export shipments from booking to final delivery.
• Coordinate with transporters, CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines and customs agents.
• Prepare, collect and verify logistics and EXIM documents.
• Track shipments, deliveries and customs clearance.
• Obtain and compare freight quotations.
• Maintain shipment records, trackers and logistics MIS.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, warehouse, procurement and finance teams.
• Resolve shipment delays and documentation issues.
• Support logistics cost control and vendor coordination.

Required Skills

• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain.
• Willingness to learn Import, Export and EXIM procedures.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors and service providers.

Qualification

Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, International Business or a related field.

Freshers are encouraged to apply. Candidates with experience in logistics, EXIM, freight forwarding, procurement or operations will be preferred.
