What they need
- Coordinate with logistics executive to perform various warehouse related function such as updating and maintaining inventory control databases.
- Carry out clerical work, including typing, proofreading, and editing documents, correspondence, and reports for the logistics department or assigned.
- Adhere to receiving regulatory compliance procedures & requirements that meets the quality standard and specification.
- Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock is delivered.
- Signing delivery notes upon receipt of shipments.
- Heeding notes about appropriate procedures for handling stock, particularly when fragile.
- Unpacking items and arranging these on shelves, if needed.
- Preparing our job travellers requests by gathering and loading stock.
- Reporting all breakages and spills.
- Responsible for monitoring goods transported and delivered for timeliness and legality.
- Assist in loading/unloading, sorting, and stocking, and packaging merchandise and orders.
- To conduct any ad-hoc tasks request from the Top Management at any time.
