Logistics Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation
• Monitor and track deliveries, shipments, and logistics schedules
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport providers for smooth operations
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock reconciliation
• Prepare shipping documents such as delivery receipts, invoices, and permits
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations related to logistics and transportation
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to align supply chain activities
• Resolve shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies in coordination with relevant parties
• Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
• Generate regular logistics reports for management review

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations (preferred)
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage
• Familiarity with inventory systems and logistics software is a plus

Pay: From Php19,756.09 per month
