Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage daily truck dispatching, driver assignments, trip scheduling, and route planning.
- Monitor vehicle movements, driver performance, port transactions, and transportation documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations.
- Oversee fleet maintenance, fuel consumption, spare parts inventory, and operating expenses.
- Coordinate with clients, freight forwarders, port personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries.
- Assist in driver recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance monitoring.
- Support fleet planning, route optimization, fleet card monitoring, and preparation of accident reports for insurance claims.
