Job Summary
- Salary up to $3500
- Monday - Friday; 830am - 530pm
- Location: Loyang, East Area
- AWS + Up to 4 months of variable bonus
Job Responsibilities
Arrange and monitor inbound and outbound shipments
Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries
Highlight and resolve delivery delays, transport issues and shipment discrepancies
Handle import/export documentation, customs declarations, and regulatory paperwork in accordance with aviation and government requirements
Maintain accurate data in SAP ERP/WMS systems (eg. receipts, stock transfers, dispatches)
Prepare monthly logistics reports (cost, delivery performance, KPI tracking)
Requirements
- Class 3 license required
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields
- 1–3 years of logistics or warehouse experience preferred, ideally within aerospace, manufacturing, or high‑compliance industries
