EAGLESMED PET SUPPLIES & ACCESSORIES TRADING is looking for a reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious Logistics Assistant / Driver to join our growing team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• With a valid Professional Driver’s License (Restriction Code 1, 2, or 3)
• With at least 2 years of professional driving experience
• Preferably experienced in delivery, logistics, or driving light commercial vehicles
• Familiar with major roads and routes within Metro Manila and Greater Manila Area
• Willing to travel to various locations for deliveries, pick-ups, and company errands
• Physically fit and capable of loading and unloading goods
• Reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and safety-conscious
• No record of serious traffic violations
• Professional, respectful, and able to communicate well
• Willing to assist with packing, warehouse, and office support tasks when there are no scheduled deliveries
• Able to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely operate the assigned company vehicle for deliveries, pick-ups, and authorized field errands
• Deliver company products, supplies, documents, and other items safely and on time
• Assist in checking, packing, loading, and unloading customer orders
• Ensure that delivered items are complete and properly handled
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and moving stocks and other logistics-related activities
• Assist with office and operational tasks when there are no scheduled deliveries
• Conduct basic vehicle checks before and after trips
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned company vehicle
• Monitor and report vehicle-related concerns, fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance needs
• Immediately report accidents, delivery issues, vehicle concerns, or other incidents to management
• Strictly observe traffic laws, road safety rules, and company policies
• Perform other related logistics and operational duties as assigned by management
