Logistics Assistant | Alabang, Muntinlupa

About the role

The Logistics Assistant will support the Supply Chain team in monitoring delivery activities, coordinating warehouse and hub transfers, managing proof of delivery (POD) documentation, and tracking empty container returns. The role ensures accurate logistics records, timely reporting, and effective coordination of delivery operations across Visayas and Mindanao.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery Monitoring: Maintain updated tracking records of deliveries for Visayas and Mindanao (VisMin) orders.
• Logistics Reporting: Prepare and regularly update delivery monitoring reports for VisMin operations.
• Warehouse and Hub Coordination: Coordinate hub transfer activities involving Iloilo, Cebu, Davao, and Cagayan de Oro.
• POD and Documentation Management: Monitor the retrieval of proof of delivery (POD) documents and other outbound delivery-related records.
• Empty Container Monitoring: Track and follow up on empty container returns for completed import deliveries.
• Coordination and Follow-ups: Communicate with relevant teams and stakeholders to ensure timely updates, document completion, and resolution of delivery-related concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to monitor multiple deliveries and maintain accurate tracking records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for tracking and reporting.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of meeting reporting deadlines.
