Logistics Associate

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Handle customs documentation, declarations, and clearance processes; accurately classify goods according to local and international Harmonized System (HS) tariff codes
• Prepare, review, and process shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin
• Communicate efficiently with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and internal teams to ensure timely release and delivery of shipments
• Assist with logistics record-keeping, audit customs assessment notices, and support cost tracking in coordination with the accounting team
• Identify potential bottlenecks in customs clearance and logistics workflows to improve operational efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Customs Administration, BS Accountancy, or any business course with accounting coursework
• Proven experience in customs clearance procedures, tariff classification, and import/export documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear coordination with internal departments and regulatory agencies
• A self-starter with excellent organizational abilities and high attention to detail
• Ability to manage, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
