Logistics Associate

This Logistics Associate is responsible for preparing, pack, routes and managing medical device orders for shipment. Their main duties include reviewing work orders for shipment/distribution, collaborating with couriers to ensure prompt shipment pick-ups and delivery to hubs.

The role will report to the Senior Logistics Team Leader.

1.       Job responsibilities:

-          Encodes and validate of production related data

-          Files production related documents in a proper and confidential manner

-          Assists in dispatching / receiving of incoming / outgoing cases.

-          Assists in other administrative needs.

-          Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

-          Carry out necessary administrative duties as required.

-          Prepare necessary documentation for PEZA and shipment

-          Perform clerical tasks as advised by immediate superior.

-          Prepare packaging materials in accordance to procedure

-          Perform packing of product for shipment

-          Ensures to sort cases in accordance with destinations

-          Prepare and box all cases to be shipped out

-          Ensure to attach the correct shipping labels and properly

-          Conduct order/cases validations as necessary

-          Ensure that documents are matched with the cases/orders

-          Perform fulfillment in the system on the same day

-          Elevate any issues that may arise

-          Fill out the necessary form that is needed for the logistics processes
