Logistics Associate

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented General Logistics Associate to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. The successful candidate will assist in inventory management, receiving and dispatching deliveries, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring the smooth flow of materials and supplies.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming deliveries and materials.
• Prepare, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and on time.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Assist in loading and unloading deliveries.
• Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and internal departments regarding shipments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and storage areas.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in stock audits.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other logistics and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• College graduate ; preferably with a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management is an advantage.
• Knowledge of inventory systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse-related tasks.
