Logistics Associate

Our warehouse is bustling with orders, and we need your help! Nor-Cal Controls provides engineering services for utility-scale renewable energy power plants, and we are looking for a Logistics Associate to join our stellar team! As the Logistics Associate, you will be responsible for administrative duties including documentation, inventory record-keeping, and internal/external communications. You will also be handling both incoming and outgoing produce shipments. This is a full-time*, onsite position in our warehouse with a starting salary of $23 per hour.

What a successful Logistics Associate will accomplish in the first 90 days:

• Develop a thorough understanding of our shipping and receiving procedures.
• Perform the shipment and receipt of products, materials, and supplies.
• Meet Nor-Cal’s Core Values

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs., be mobile in a warehouse environment
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

*Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST.
