Logistics Associate

Job Summary:
The Pre-Dispatch Officer is responsible for verifying delivery requirements, preparing dispatch documents, coordinating with the concerned departments, and ensuring that all items are ready for dispatch according to the approved schedule and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify delivery orders, job orders, and other required dispatch documents before release.
• Check the completeness and accuracy of items, equipment, and materials scheduled for delivery.
• Coordinate with the Logistics, Planning, and Technical Departments regarding dispatch schedules and requirements.
• Ensure that all required documents are prepared and properly filed before dispatch.
• Monitor dispatch schedules and report delays, discrepancies, or incomplete requirements to the immediate supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures for handling, releasing, and documenting items for delivery.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and update the status of outgoing deliveries.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Senior High School (SHS) graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in logistics, dispatch operations, or administrative coordination is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data-entry systems.
• Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Willing to start ASAP.
