✅ You have a fixed schedule of three night shifts per week.

✅ You receive evening and night shift allowances.

✅ You get opportunities to develop and grow within Sligro.

✅ You enjoy strong extras and a well‑stocked canteen.

What will you do?

As a Logistics Associate Night Shift, you are the final step before our orders leave the warehouse. You check incoming products and sort crates by customer and route. You make sure all orders are ready on time for the drivers.

You mainly work in the evening and night, between 22:00 and 07:00 on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. You stay physically active and work in a team where everyone helps each other to keep the night running smoothly.

What are your responsibilities?

You check the quantity and quality of all incoming products. You sort crates per customer and place everything in the correct area for transport. You ensure orders are ready when drivers arrive. You work under time pressure and keep overview, even when many orders arrive at once. You contribute to a reliable expedition process and help ensure customers receive their orders complete and on time.

What we offer you

✅ The salary goes up to €2,408.64 per month based on 36 hours, excluding evening and night shift allowances, so you know exactly where you stand.

✅ You get 25 vacation days based on full‑time employment, with the option to buy 10 extra days for more flexibility.

✅ You have unlimited access to our online academy, giving you the freedom to keep developing yourself with training that fits you.

✅ You join fun outings and events with colleagues, strengthening team spirit and making work even more enjoyable.

✅ And Sligro wouldn’t be Sligro if you didn’t also receive a pass giving you up to 500 euros discount per year on your purchases in our self‑service wholesale stores.

What you bring
