Responsibilities:

• Analyze freight spend, carrier performance, transit times, capacity, and transportation trends.
• Use Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, TMS, and AI/data tools to identify trends and improve logistics performance.
• Develop dashboards, KPI reports, and actionable insights.
• Support transportation optimization, TMS data accuracy, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Procurement, Operations, carriers, and 3PLs.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 3–4 years of hands-on domestic logistics/transportation experience required.
• TMS experience strongly preferred.
• Strong Excel and experience with Power BI, SQL, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, strategic problem-solving, and trend-analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and professionalism; able to clearly explain experience and provide examples of past problem-solving.
• Experience with AI/automation tools is a plus.
• Spanish is a plus.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
