We design specialty innovations, smart instruments and devices, integrated ecosystems, and intelligent imaging—to build a more connected, software-enabled operating room.

As an independent, family-owned MedTech company, we ambitiously think in generations instead of quarters to improve patients’ lives around the world.

About The Role Join KARL STORZ as a Set Pack Logistics Center Associate I and play a key role in supporting specialized logistics operations that directly impact customer readiness and healthcare outcomes. In this hands-on role, you will manage the preparation, handling, and movement of sample, veterinary, and convention sets—ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.

You’ll be responsible for a wide range of logistics tasks, from receiving and processing materials to rebuilding and shipping complex sets. This position offers the opportunity to develop SAP skills, gain exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations, and contribute to a culture rooted in safety, quality, and continuous improvement (LEAN).

Shift: Monday to Friday, 6AM-2:30PM

Work Environment: On-site logistics/warehouse setting

What You’ll Do

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and returns, ensuring accuracy and documentation integrity
  • Assemble, clean, rebuild, and prepare sample, veterinary, and convention sets for deployment
  • Execute SAP transactions across inventory processes including storage, transfers, picking, packing, and shipping
  • Coordinate repairs with external vendors and maintain accurate tracking and inventory records
  • Perform picking, packing, and shipping activities to meet service level expectations
  • Support cross-functional logistics operations and participate in continuous improvement (LEAN/6S) initiatives

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 0–1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, manufacturing, or similar environments
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow structured work instructions
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently while asking questions when needed

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with SAP, WMS, or other warehouse systems
  • Experience working in regulated environments (FDA, ISO, OSHA, etc.)
  • Previous experience following detailed work instructions for assembly or logistics tasks
  • Familiarity with power equipment or warehouse tools

What Will Make You Successful

  • A strong focus on accuracy and quality when handling inventory and assembling sets
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment
  • A proactive, team-first mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Willingness to learn multiple processes and build technical system knowledge (SAP)
  • Engagement in continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and reduce waste

Why KARL STORZ? Join KARL STORZ and be part of a team that supports the delivery of innovative medical technology around the world. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on logistics experience, build valuable technical skills, and contribute to a culture focused on continuous improvement, quality, and collaboration.

We offer a supportive team environment, opportunities for growth, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on processes that ultimately support patient care.
