Logistics Checker

Key Responsibilities

• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, quantity, and condition.
• Inspect delivery documents, invoices, manifests, and shipping records.
• Ensure products are correctly packed, labeled, and documented before dispatch.
• Identify and report discrepancies, shortages, damages, or delivery issues.
• Monitor stock movement and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Conduct inventory and shipment audits to ensure accuracy.
• Update logistics records and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with transport providers regarding shipment status and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory reconciliation and reporting activities.
• Support loading and unloading verification processes.
• Prepare logistics and inventory accuracy reports for management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory control.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation and inventory processes.
• Experience using warehouse or logistics management systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
