What they need
About the role
Assists Fleet Supervisor to ensure on time delivery monitoring process.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinates with the Fleet Supervisor/Planner to implement the plan
- Discusses highlight from previous shift and other activities
- Coordinates with the drivers/Helpers on site and in transit
- Coordinates with Logistics assistant/MH per site for the loading status
- Updates details of delivery plan and track and tracing
- Coordinates with sales team for revision of delivery plan
- Posts delivery plan and track and tracing
- Coordinates with Motorpool regarding truck checklist and status
- Logs all activities such as delivery status, client deliveries, all checks monitoring in google sheets and Manual Monitoring if necessary
- Updates google sheet PO balance every time a truck departs for delivery
About you
- Graduate or Undergraduate of any course / Vocational Graduate
- At least 6 months of experience in Logistics
- Planning and Organizing Skills
- Keen to details
- Working knowledge in MS Office
- Advanced skills in MS Excel
- Good communication skills
