What they need
- Execution in SAP system
Upload Transportation Capacity Planning file into SAP
Execute loading shipment and shipment completion event in SAP
Inbound & Outbound STA report to screen controlled item in SAP
Print shipping document like Invoice, Delivery Note, Packing list, etc. in SAP for outbound shipment
- Physical shipment Handover
- Coordinate with warehouse for shipment handover by loading list
- Coordinate with trucker for truck loading
- Archive logistics document
3. Shipment status follow up
- Send shipping pre-alert to logistics service provider in time
- Archive controlled license and submit license to ST broker if there is controlled shipment involved
- Urgent shipment handling
- Record validated AHLR
- Sorting by customer ship to code and match physical shipment
- Paste DHL AWB label
5. Reporting
- Daily Outbound shipment tracking list
- Daily Controlled License Consumption List
Requirement
- 2 years or above working experience in logistics in Hongkong
- Good command of English in reading and written
- Independently handle outbound shipment and solving problem
- Sense of customs and trade compliance
- Sense of urgency
- Good communication skill
