About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Logistics professional to join our team in Kowloon on a full-time basis. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in coordinating and optimising our warehouse and distribution operations to ensure seamless supply chain management. You will play a key part in maintaining our reputation for reliability and efficiency, working closely with internal teams and external partners to drive operational success and meet customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinating warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Managing inventory levels and conducting regular stock audits to maintain accurate records and prevent discrepancies
• Overseeing staff scheduling and supervision to ensure optimal warehouse productivity and adherence to safety protocols
• Liaising with transport providers and customers to arrange collections and deliveries according to agreed schedules
• Monitoring and optimising warehouse layouts and processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations across all warehouse operations
• Preparing and maintaining documentation including delivery notes, invoices and shipment records
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance service quality and operational performance
• Managing warehouse systems and technology platforms to track goods and monitor logistics operations

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working within a logistics, warehousing or distribution environment, ideally in a supervisory or coordinating role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and logistics software applications
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
• Solid understanding of health, safety and environmental compliance requirements in warehousing operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data management systems
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying operational improvements
• Fluency in English and Cantonese (preferred); additional languages would be advantageous
• Physical capability to perform warehouse duties as required by the role
