About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to support daily logistics and supply chain operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in logistics, inventory management, transportation, and supply chain coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely movement of goods.
• Assist in preparing shipping and logistics documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, warehouses, and customers.
• Track inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
• Support warehouse and distribution operations.
• Handle delivery issues and coordinate resolutions with relevant parties.
• Prepare logistics reports and updates for management.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of logistics activities.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Internship or academic exposure to logistics, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain operations is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
